Synopsis
Mrs. Zubeida Khan and Gulab Khan married together, dower was given at the time of marriage in the shape of gold (5 Tola) and they had three children one son and two daughters. Mr. Gulab Khan died in a blast at CNG Filling Station during work.
Problem
The father in law of Zubeida snatched her dower and kicked her along with her children from his house in three cloths and not allowing her to collect her belongings and dowry articles. She belongs to very poor family her parents tried to resolve this issue amicably, but all in vain.
Solution
The parents of Zubeida approached and appointed Shabana Ali & Associates for her case.
Zubeida was entitled for her Dower amount. Zubeida was entitled for her dowry articles and all other belongings.
