Synopsis
Dr. Khan was studying MBBS and her parents fixed her marriage with Mr. Ahsan. Rukhsati was taken place after 2 years of Nikkhah. Husband and wife relationship was not maintained by Mr. Ahsan and taken plea that he had to go to back on his job immediately and when she come to Dubai then will do. It was decided that after marriage Dr. Khan will live in Dubai with her husband.
Problem
Mr. Ahsan returned to Dubai after few days of his marriage and whenever Dr. Khan asked about her visa Ahsan avoided and gave lame excuses. One day Khan ‘s in laws sent her into her parents’ house and when her family tried to talked with Ahsan and his family they were not responding at all and after few days Ahsan pronounced Divorce with the remarks of that she cannot be mother.
Solution
Parents of Dr. Khan approached and appointed Shabana Ali & Associates for her case.
In-laws of Dr. Khan apology to Dr. Khan her parents in writing as well as apology published in leading newspapers.
